The area around Caddo Lake is steeped in history and folklore. The lake itself is the only natural lake in Texas, created by a massive log jam on the Red River. The rich history of the area includes stories of early settlers and Native American tribes, adding a layer of intrigue to your visit.

To fully appreciate the beauty and diversity of Caddo Lake, I highly recommend taking a guided boat tour.
