RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At OTK Unlimited, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality outdoor gear and equipment, and we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Our return policy is designed to ensure a hassle-free experience for you.

Return Period
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may only be eligible for a partial refund.

Return Process

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all original documents. Ship the item to the address provided with your RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer care team. We will guide you through the exchange process, ensuring you get the correct item promptly. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
